Essay1:- What are you most proud of professionally and why?
What did you learn from that experience? (400 words)

Men can tenure in their professional life with umpteen numbers
of opportunities which can redefine their professional path and
help him evolve. I too have been bestowed with the opportunity
to prove my potential and learn from my professional choices in
life. I would constitute them to be one of the most endearing
experiences that have helped me metamorphose as a veteran today.

Three months after I joined xxxx, my expertise was sought into
one of the most challenging modules that were deemed unstable
with an additional drawback of no knowledge transfer. The
stringency of the module made me rely on nothing except my own
grit and insight as nothing was available even tentatively as a
reference for its smooth functioning. Though the tasks which lay
ahead of me were humongous, I relied upon nothing except my
capacity to turn this indeed adventurous situation into a
profitable learning experience. While the module posed the
threat of a rare bug infestation, I struggled day and night to
resort to its remedial. But what seemed the biggest challenge
was my interaction with a third party vendor who was
................. It was then I realized that there is no
barrier as big as a communication lapse.

I consider the duration to be extremely stressful and pain
staking as the hurdles seemed to have spanned across a period of
time but needed a more detailed and instinctual solution to it.
Without the guidance of veterans, the onus of the modules
functionality lay entirely upon my shoulders. Eventually, a
detailed plan and overtures of rigorous hard work helped me turn
the situation towards a more positive outcome. I stuck through
the plan of optimism coupled with rationality and innovation to
find a feasible solution which eventually yielded success.

The barriers of communication were eliminated with pictorial
depiction and a concrete communication plan. I focused entirely
upon analyzing the business plans to sustain the little success
we received while resolving the problem. In the due course, we
ultimately were able to resolve the errors in the module with a
                successful implementation of the same.

In retrospection, I believe this is one of the most important
incidents that has helped me analyzed my own potential and
capacity as a professional. I believe that a moment of
adrenaline rush of impromptu thought wouldnt have helped
me survive the journey, I walked upon. Instead it was patience
and deliverance that helped me over look the errors and resolve
to rectify the situation. I believe I am truly proud of what I
learnt from the situation as it has a major role to play in my
                maturing as a professional.
