This fully integrated management school, with global outreach was established in 1984, and offers many MBA, post graduate diploma programs, doctoral programs and management research opportunities. The post graduate program for working Managers (WMP) is a three year evening program, which is meant for working professionals and managers who can not afford to take time out for a full-time MBA.

The emphasis in an IIML MBA is on the development of dynamic leadership and a holistically developed personality. IIML has a beautiful campus in Lucknow and another campus in Noida on the outskirts of Delhi.
